Deeply held conviction to lie to women?
Wow. Just wow. Check out this "advice" for pharmacists who don't want to dispense medication they think is morally wrong to women:
"The pharmacist should just tell the patient that he is out of the medication and can order it, but it will take a week to get here. The patient will be forced to go to another pharmacy because she has to take these medicines within 72 hours for them to be effective. Problem solved."
No really, that's what it says, and this is from a "pharmacist and pharmacy manager." I hope no one in need ever walks into this guy's pharmacy. Feel how you like about "conscience" clauses, but I hope everyone can agree that it's wrong to berate, lecture and lie to women. I don't think this is in keeping with the pharmacist code to: "respect the autonomy and dignity of each patient" or "duty to tell the truth."
Can I say "wow" again?
