Indiana seeks minors’ medical records

In a move a la Phill Kline, an Indiana judge has ruled that a women’s health clinic must turn over medical records of teen patients under 14-years-old to the state.

Like Kline, the Indiana attorney general’s office is claiming that they are looking for evidence of sexual abuse or molestation, and if the clinic was responsible for failure to report possible abuse.

Yeah right.  Bye bye right to privacy.
